Why Special Navigation for Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox/Opera users?
The site has been redesigned to use CSS almost entirely. This has caused problems.

It seems that for Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox the CSS scroll table must be selected [focused] specifically in order for it to work, as opposed to IE where it just WORKS. However.....we shall not grumble..... -:)

Please click "Pick scroll area" and the focus will go to the scroll table which should then wrok -:)
You can also manually move the right scrollbar without "picking" the scroll area.

You will find that the only thing that works now is the scroll table.
To exit from the scroll table [defocus] select "Exit scroll area".
I have found that a right-click anywhere outside of the scroll table works just as well.

I apologize for the inconvenience. There must be a way to auto/de-focus on the scroll table depending on browser-type but I have not found how to do that yet.....If anyone knows  PLEASE let me know below.

Opera Users: Using version 8.5 if you click anywhere inside the scroll table it will work. To exit click anywhere on the page outside of the table. Opera 9 and higher do not need to do this.
